When do we store information about you?

Mailing lists:

On our website, you can sign up for our weekly newsletter with free information about feminine leadership, our inner cycle, and similar topics. You can either register for our newsletter mailing list or you can register to receive, for example, a PDF document or an e-book. You will be asked to register your name and email address. It will be clear what we will send to you. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you will receive weekly emails with inspiration from us. We use Wix to send out this type of email, and you will always have the option to unsubscribe from the list. You can easily do this by clicking an "unsubscribe link" at the bottom of the email you receive.

Courses you purchase from poise.no:

When you purchase courses from us, we ask you to register your name and email address. Your email address will also be your username that you use to log in to your course.

As a participant in our courses, you have access throughout the course period. You will receive emails related to the course you have purchased, which are part of the product. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time, but please note that we will then not be able to send you important information that you receive as part of the course. When you have completed a course with us, you will continue to receive emails with tips and inspiration, but you have the option to unsubscribe at any time by clicking an "unsubscribe link" at the bottom of the email you receive.

Where can you see data that poise.no has stored about you?

Send an email to hei@poise.no, and you will receive a complete overview of all data/information we have stored about you. You will receive an overview within 30 business days.

You can also request us to delete this information at any time. It is important for us that you know that as long as you are a customer with us, we use this information to follow you up as best as possible, so we can ensure that you achieve the results you desire.

Deleting data

As mentioned, you can unsubscribe from mailing lists with us at any time. If you have purchased courses or memberships with us, you also have the right to have all data we have stored about you deleted. However, this means that we will no longer be able to provide you with the service you have purchased, as it will not be possible to log in to our online courses without an email address and password.

If we have sent you an invoice for a service you have purchased from us, we cannot delete accounting documents, as we are required to keep these for 5 years.

Processing time

Poise.no processes your personal data and purchase data for as long as we have contractual obligations, legal obligations such as accounting as mentioned above, as long as we have an active customer relationship, or until you object to this.
